1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Skill Arena mobile application or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the application.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and enter cash tournament lobbies on Skill Arena.
• Jurisdiction: Competitive skill gaming tournaments for cash prizes are offered strictly in Indian states where skill gaming is recognized by law. Residents of states where pay-to-play skill gaming is prohibited by local legislation (such as Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Nagaland) are prohibited from entering cash lobbies.
• Single Account Rule: Each user is permitted exactly one (1) account tied to their verified mobile phone number and primary gaming UID. Creating duplicate or proxy accounts is strictly forbidden.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for all actions occurring under your account. Any attempt to exploit app vulnerabilities, falsify player stats, or harass other players will lead to immediate ban.

4. Tournament Participation Rules

Every participant must follow the specific rules established for each match mode (Full Map, Clash Squad, Lone Wolf, Headshot Only). Players must join the in-game room using the exact in-game character name (IGN) and numeric UID provided during registration.

5. Entry Fees & Registration Locks

Tournament slots are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon registration, the applicable entry fee is deducted from the player's wallet balance. Once a slot is confirmed, registration is locked to ensure fair bracket organization.

6. Tournament Cancellation & Postponement

• Cancellation: If a tournament is canceled by administration due to server maintenance, technical outage, or insufficient slots, 100% of the deducted entry fee is automatically refunded back to the player's wallet.
• Postponement: If match start timings are rescheduled, registered players receive immediate notifications and retain the option to participate at the updated time.

7. Room ID & Password Distribution

Room credentials are confidential. Custom Room ID and Password are automatically revealed inside the joined tournament card strictly 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Sharing room credentials with unregistered third parties is strictly prohibited and results in immediate lobby kick and account suspension.

8. Match Results & Winner Verification

Match outcomes and kill counts are finalized by official room referees using official in-game match scoreboards. Players must capture an end-game victory/defeat screenshot showing their placement and total kills to assist in case of any leaderboard placement dispute.

9. Prize Pool & Winning Distribution

Tournament winnings are distributed according to the published tiered payout schedule. Upon official verification of results, prize funds are credited directly to the player's Winning Balance within 15 to 60 minutes after match conclusion.

10. Wallet System & Deposits

The platform maintains a segregated wallet consisting of (a) Deposit Balance: deposited coins utilized for tournament entry fees; and (b) Winning Balance: rewards earned through tournament victories and kill bounties. Deposits cannot be directly withdrawn without match participation.

11. Withdrawals & Payout Processing

• Minimum Limit: Minimum withdrawal limit is ₹50.
• Payout Mode: Withdrawals are credited directly to the player's verified UPI ID.
• Verification: High-value withdrawals undergo automated fraud and fair-play screening prior to settlement.

12. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Hacking, scripting, modding APK files, or utilizing emulators where restricted.
• Teaming up with opposing players in Solo tournaments.
• Submitting fabricated payment receipts or manipulated match screenshots.
• Exploiting platform software glitches or bugs for financial gain.
• Harassment, abusive chat, or offensive IGNs.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Skill Arena reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, forfeit wallet balances, and report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities upon discovery of cheating, match fixing, or fraudulent payment activity.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding match placement, kill score, or wallet balance must be submitted to the support desk within twenty-four (24) hours of the event. Referee decisions based on verified in-game screenshots and room logs are final and binding.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skill Arena is not liable for third-party mobile network delays, device crashes, telecommunications failure, or third-party game server maintenance affecting gameplay.

16. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Disclaimer: Skill Arena is an independent, community-driven eSports platform organizing competitive tournaments for mobile gaming enthusiasts. Skill Arena is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Garena, Free Fire, Krafton, or any official game developer.
