1. Fair Play Policy
At Skill Arena, fair competition is the cornerstone of our eSports tournament platform. Every registered player is entitled to an authentic, uncompromised, and transparent gaming environment.
- Strict Prohibition on Cheating: The utilization of third-party hacks, aimbots, ESP, Wallhacks, macro scripts, modified APK binaries, config file alterations, or memory manipulation tools is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition on Match Manipulation: Any deliberate teaming up, collusion, win-trading, or passive gameplay in Solo lobbies is strictly forbidden and constitutes match fixing.
- Automated & Manual Review: Our administrative referee desk continuously monitors match statistics, placement deviations, and kill telemetry.
- Disqualification & Account Suspension: Verified infractions lead to immediate match disqualification, forfeiture of all wallet rewards and entry fees, and permanent hardware and account suspension without exception.
2. Account Security Safeguards
Protecting player credentials and digital balances is our utmost security objective.
- Credential Confidentiality: Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their mobile login numbers, passwords, and verification tokens. Never disclose your login credentials to third parties.
- Zero Verification Requests: Skill Arena administrative staff will NEVER request your login password, One-Time Password (OTP), UPI PIN, or banking credentials under any pretext.
- Suspicious Activity Interception: Automated security triggers immediately flag multi-IP logins, concurrent device attempts, or unusual credential turnover, initiating temporary account lockouts to prevent unauthorized access.
- Reporting Unauthorized Access: In the event of suspected account compromise, users must immediately contact our security helpdesk via official support channels for account lockdown and verification.
3. Tournament Transparency & Credential Distribution
We ensure that all competitive gaming lobbies are conducted with complete operational transparency.
- Clear Metric Disclosure: Every tournament card prominently displays the exact entry fee, guaranteed prize pool, per-kill bounty, match format (Solo, Duo, Squad, Clash Squad), map schedule, and game rules prior to registration.
- Result Calculation & Verification: Tournament rankings, scorecards, and kill counts are calculated based on official end-game room leaderboards and audited against end-game screenshots submitted by participants.
- Room ID & Password Dispatch: To prevent unauthorized entry, Custom Room credentials (Room ID and Password) are dispatched inside the application strictly 15 minutes prior to the scheduled match start time, accessible exclusively to joined players.
- Real-time Cancellation & Update Broadcasts: In the event of game server outages or schedule adjustments, players receive instant in-app alerts and notifications.
4. Payment Safety & Financial Integrity
Skill Arena adheres to strict financial standards to safeguard user transactions.
- RBI-Compliant Payment Channels: All coin deposits and reward withdrawals must be conducted exclusively through authorized payment gateway partners (such as Elevana, EKQR, and ZapUPI) integrated within the application.
- Transaction Documentation: Players should retain digital transaction receipts, Gateway Order IDs, and 12-digit UTR references for verification and auditing.

- No Earning Guarantees: Skill Arena does not promise, represent, or claim that participating in tournaments serves as an investment, guaranteed income source, or wage alternative. Winnings depend purely on superior gaming skill and lobby placement.
- Self-Limitation: We encourage players to monitor their screen time and tournament expenditures. Players may request voluntary account cooling-off or balance limits at any time.
6. Reporting Violations & Support Escalation
We maintain an active reporting protocol to quickly eliminate malicious actors.
- Filing Cheat Reports: Players who encounter suspected hacking, teaming, or abusive conduct may submit dispute tickets containing match ID, suspect player IGN, and video/screenshot evidence within 2 hours of match completion.
